For most people, teamwork is a part of everyday life. Whether it’s at home, in the community, or at work, people are often expected to be a functional part of a performing team. This energizing two-hour class presents the elements of high-performing teams and offers tips to overcome barriers. The instructor showcases ways for participants to explore where their own teams might improve and what they can do to become a better team member.
