Working remotely has quickly become common place and while some businesses are approaching it with caution, others see it as a much overdo cost-effective strategy for success and profitability. The challenge, of course, lies with managers as they need to ensure their teams have the right tools to enable productivity and performance.

Through engaging discussion and interactive learning, the instructor showcases the basics but also explores specific tools that encourage ideation, collaboration, efficiencies and engagement.
