This course will explain how to determine what percentage of placements should come from internal promotions versus external sources as well as equipping learners with talent mapping tools, and cost-effective employee development systems. We will also discuss the difference between succession planning and contingency planning, and teach leaders how to mitigate risk in their contingency planning efforts.
