High performing teams require strong and effective leadership, but what happens when all the leaders need to act as one team? It’s common to find challenges and dysfunction within highlevel teams in an organization.
This coaching session will showcase the leader’s responsibility in being the champion for his/her team, while also advocating compromise and collaboration among his/her peers. Participants will discuss roadblocks or vulnerabilities, and identify ways to overcome and improve upon them to better model teamwork for their workforce.
