Strategic Planning: Simply knowing where you're headed doesn't guarantee a good journey

Most leaders know that Strategic Management is the continuous planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of all that is necessary for an organization to meet its goals and objectives. But knowing doesn’t always equate to doing. Likewise, many organizations falter.

This coaching session will highlight the four major components in the strategic management process. Participants will dive deep into discussions about their roles and responsibilities in each and uncover where they and their colleagues could improve or strengthen the process.

Leadership Outcomes:
  • Understand his/ her role in ensuring thoroughness, relevance and reality is inserted into the process.
  • Begin to identify where the vulnerabilities or lack of balance exists.
  • Commit to making and modeling incremental improvement in both the current phase and future phases of the process.
