Supervisors must promote good safety practices by providing employees with feedback, supporting those who stop work when risk increases and rewarding individuals who take the time and effort to ensure the work is performed safely. Broken into digestible moments, this four-hour virtual session highlights the role of a supervisor in ensuring safe environments through engaging discussion and interactive learning. Participants will receive pragmatic ideas and tips to better enable ongoing and value-added communication, direction and evaluation of their team’s safety philosophy and practices.
