Stories in the news of sexual harassment are impacting every industry. Are you worried the next horrific headline will be your own? Sexual harassment claims extend far beyond financial liability – damage to your business’ reputation can be crippling. As a leader, the burden lies with you to create a respectful workplace.

This 3.5 hour course, designed for supervisors, managers, and business owners, focuses on the participants’ responsibilities for creating and maintaining a healthy, respectful workplace. The combined lecture-discussion format includes a healthy dose of the legalities and liabilities regarding sexual harassment, insights on how to recognize inappropriate or risky behavior, as well as guidance on what to do if a complaint of inappropriate behavior is received.

This course highlights the benefits of a respectful workplace and the leaders’ role in ensuring a corporate culture of respect.
