Great leaders have superpowers, but they didn’t start that way. Some leaders became great because they capitalized on their talents and skills and mitigated their vulnerabilities.
This coaching session helps participants identify their superpowers and illuminates their ability to control their weaknesses or shortcomings. Participants will learn how to use their powers to inspire, engage and fulfill their teams.
Amplifying this group coaching session is the opportunity to take the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment, which measures how leaders present themselves in their “normal operating mode” vs. when they are under negative stress. Please note, you will have an opportunity to add this assessment at time of registration. During the session, our facilitator will help leaders decode their results and shift their leadership behaviors to create greater efficacy, satisfaction and fulfillment – or otherwise master their superpower and tuck their kryptonite away.
- Appreciate how one holds oneself as a leader in a natural resting state and when under negative stress.
- Learn how one intuitively motivates or demotivates others within his/her sphere of influence.
- Learn how to shift one’s energy to maximize potential, reduce stress and better inspire the team.
- Understand and interpret their ELI Assessment results (if purchased)
