Maintaining a Drugfree Workplace policy is a year-round obligation. Knowing how to navigate through suspicious activity and behavior is difficult if it’s been years since you first learned the basic. This fast paced one-hour review serves as practical reminder of a supervisor’s role and responsibility in ensuring the workplace is free from prohibited substances. Attendees will be well prepared to increase their efforts to provide a safe and healthy workplace.

  • Review signs and symptoms that may indicate the inability to work in a safe manner
  • Review how to effectively and professionally interact with employees in the event of a reasonable suspicion determination
  • Review identifying credibility of evidence and information
  • Review the importance of clear, accurate and thorough documentation

About the Instructor

Dave Reynolds

Dave Reynolds has more than 15 years of experience in the health and safety industry. He is a certified instructor for CPR/AED/1st Aid, American Red Cross and American Safety and Health Institute, OSHA 10 and 30-hour trainer in Construction and General Industry Safety and Health. He helps clients reduce workplace injury, isolate and control risk, and create and administer effective and efficient workplace policies and protocols.
