Negotiating for Success

While very few people will negotiate billion-dollar mergers or a hostage situation, the fact is that everyone engages in negotiations on a regular basis in the work place and at home. People become better negotiators simply by learning a few critical skills. This four-hour class showcases applicable actions, while providing the opportunity to test-drive new negotiating abilities. The presenter will provide a tool kit to help prepare participants for the next negotiation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the keys to successful negotiations
  • Identify and avoid the most common negotiation pitfalls
  • Recognize how mastering tactical empathy and silence can give you an edge you never expected

Attendees have the option of attending in-person or via web/video conference. If interested in attending via web/video conference, please contact us at 907-677-5532.
