While very few people will negotiate billion-dollar mergers or a hostage situation, the fact is that everyone engages in negotiations on a regular basis in the work place and at home.  People become better negotiators simply by learning a few critical skills.  Broken into easily digestible moments, this four-hour online class showcases applicable actions, while providing the opportunity to test-drive new negotiating abilities. Through engaging discussion and interactive learning, the presenter will provide a tool kit to help prepare participants for the next negotiation.
