Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the path forward as a successful leader. This coaching session provides the framework to discuss and evaluate case studies to gain an understanding of the unfolding dynamics of planned and unplanned change within an organization.
Participants will learn how they can better create trust, curtail fear, and fully participate in the many challenges they face as a leader. Areas of emphasis include self-awareness and self-management, and how mastering these competencies will better enable positive influence and management of their teams.
