Leadership Therapy - Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the path forward as a successful leader. This coaching session provides the framework to discuss and evaluate case studies to gain an understanding of the unfolding dynamics of planned and unplanned change within an organization.

Participants will learn how they can better create trust, curtail fear, and fully participate in the many challenges they face as a leader. Areas of emphasis include self-awareness and self-management, and how mastering these competencies will better enable positive influence and management of their teams.

Leadership Outcomes:
  • Understand the competencies and 4-quadrant model of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and how it applies to leadership.
  • Appreciate how a strong EQ benefits the team and organization.
  • Begin to develop, and learn how to further develop EQ.


About the Facilitator

Bobbie Sue Wolk

Bobbie Sue Wolk, MS, PCC, BC has lived in Alaska for 33 years and has owned and operated her company, Rosewood LLC for the past 25 years. Wolk is a strengths-based executive coach and incorporates the teaching and understanding of emotional intelligence and positive psychology in her coaching with executives. She works with executives at all levels from both private and public sectors.
