Leadership Therapy - Appreciative Inquiry: How asking the right questions can lead to the right results

Every organization has its pockets of success, but often, leaders focus on what is not working or what has failed. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) changes that mindset with a coaching session that dives into AI working mechanics.

Participants will learn how to amplify the positive in even the most challenging circumstances. Discussions will showcase how celebrating successes or finding the good can create energy and enable productive and engaged teams.

Leadership Outcomes:
  • Understand and capitalize on the power of Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Better use questions to motivate, influence and move one’s team into a positive direction or mindset.
  • Begin to hold oneself accountable for positive results by implementing Appreciative Inquiry practices on the team.
