Elite military units, championship pro sports teams, amazing teams within organizations- what do they all have in common?  They’ve mastered a culture of peer accountability where team members fully embrace their obligation to account for their own actions while helping their teammates live to the same standard. But this isn’t always easy! Speaking hard truths, even when we have great intentions, is sometimes difficult.

Peer accountability in teams is underpinned by three key behaviors: psychological safety and trust, clarity around roles, and a willingness to have hard conversations as frequently as needed. The instructor will highlight the science behind the importance of these three ingredients in remote work environments. Broken into easily digestible moments, this interactive and engaging 90-minute session will help audiences of all types build, nurture and sustain accountability in remote teams.
